Erinne Mosehauer

I grew up playing soccer and basketball, and also played basketball at Slippery Rock University. After college, I needed an athletic outlet. My first CrossFit class was in 2013, and it has been my fitness regimen ever since. I began coaching as an assistant basketball coach for the women’s team at MCC from 2015–2017 and started coaching CrossFit in 2023!

I love seeing myself improve and accomplish things I once couldn’t and seeing my peers do the same thing. There’s nothing better than the CrossFit gym atmosphere mid WOD and the fist bumps when it’s all done. I strongly believe in the beliefs and values here at CFPA. This place has helped me improve in so many aspects of life and my goal is to help other members have the same positive experience.
