Whether you are seeking improved performance, injury prevention, or recovering from an injury, On Track is dedicated to helping improve your quality of life. With a private space to treat clients, as well as access to the entire gym and equipment, Carly is able to help anyone reach their goals!
On Track is determined to build your strength, improve your physical functioning, and guide you toward successful individual goals. Many people think physical therapy is only necessary when overcoming a surgery or injury and that is not the truth. The services On Track has available build upon the goal you have set for yourself, so you can conquer them safely and efficiently.
The mindset of preparing your body for the 'stress' it may experience during a sport or an activity is what keeps your body healthy and with less chance of injury, and therefore higher performance. Lets look at your movement patterns and find any deficiencies or stiffnesses that may be preventing you from achieving your maximum potential, and allow you to become the best version of yourself!
CARLY GRAHAM BRADY PT, DPT, FAFS, FRC
Carly completed her education at Ithaca College where she received her Bachelor's of Clinical Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has furthered her education over the past five years by becoming a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, taking numerous courses through the Postural Restoration Institute, and completing coaching certifications.
Growing up as a central New York native, she furthered her professional career in the New York City area working with endurance athletes and specialized movement assessment involving rehabilitating injuries, improving efficiency of sports mechanics, and helping make athletes stronger to meet their goals. She has adapted her treatment to have virtual options when appropriate for the patient. She continues to coach runners and athletes through virtual platforms globally, ranging from new runners to those who are Boston qualifiers.
Carly's role as a lifelong athlete has contributed to her passion to help others reach their goals and guide them toward performing at the highest level possible. She wants to help people know there is a way to improve the way you complete your sport or activity by looking deeper into biomechanics and individual patterns. There is a way to prepare your body for the activity it is about to do, which will result in improved performance and less chance of injury!
Whether you are trying to get through recreational exercise, a summer sports league, or get recruited for college athletics - Carly is here to help you get there with the highest performance level while working to stay injury-free and maximize efficiency along the way.
